Kits can be bought separately through us when booking your course, you do not need these to complete your course on the day however they are a great tool to take away with you so you can start practicing and earning straight away.

You will need to bring yourself, a notepad, pen, any theory information you may have been sent in advance as we will refer back to it throughout the day and a lunch. You do not need to wear uniform however please be prepared to wear sensible clothing that you can work comfortably in and closed in shoes.

All refreshments will be provided however lunch should be brought with you - there is a small shop where lunch can be purchased if necessary. Please let us know of any dietary requirements and allergies beforehand.

Depending on your course you may need to bring a model with you or require them for the afternoon only. If you can't bring a model please let us know as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do. You'll also be required to work on each other throughout the day.

We aim to get your courses completed in one day as they are intensive courses however if we feel that you may need a bit more practice or you are not feeling confident in your work you may be set some case studies to do at home and send into us before we pass you and send you a certificate! Our aim is to produce confident, amazing therapists and we offer support and further training through groups once your course is completed. Some of the training packages require a few weeks to complete as there are quite a few treatments in them and we allow practice time in between.

You will receive your accredited certificate on the day provided your tutor is completely happy with the work you have provided and you do not have any case studies to complete.

All courses vary and it'd best to ask upon booking what timings your course requires. Some are only half day courses and can be completed in an evening so don't hesitate to enquire about evening courses when booking should you need one. Some course may have to start earlier or finish slightly later and can be broken up over 2 weeks if necessary.

No you can either pay a 25% deposit upon booking to confirm you place and then pay the remaining balance on your course date or you can pay for your course in full upfront upon booking. We will be offering payment plans soon.

We require 48 hours notice to cancel a course booking if you are unwell or can no longer make your course. We will aim to get you on the next available course where there are spaces however we cannot guarantee when that may be.

There is no time limit to complete the GTi theory courses and they can be completed in your own time via your training portal. However we would expect that the courses are completed within 1 year unless there are circumstances that prevent this.

As we have our academy in a working salon our most common training day is a Monday however we can adjust this if it is not convenient and evening courses can be done on other days of the week. Please get in contact with us to request course dates.

You are able to park outside the salon for up to an hour or you can park within a 1-2 minute walk of the salon for free all day.

For our beginners courses you do not require any previous experience however should you need any qualifications before sitting on a certain course it will be noted on the course information.
